Founder & CEO

Ashim Nandi

Ashim Nandi is a System Architect with a background in technology, product design, and decision-making system development.

His work is shaped by building and operating systems in environments where uncertainty, risk, and execution discipline matter. Markets became his primary laboratory, reinforcing a focus on structure, probability, and process over prediction.

Before founding Akira Investments, Ashim designed and built software and technology solutions for businesses in the United States, gaining hands on experience across product architecture, development, and execution. Earlier in his career, he was also involved in theater production in Kolkata, an experience that continues to inform his appreciation for clarity, timing, and human behavior.

Based in Dubai, Ashim leads the strategic direction of Akira and its portfolio companies. His current focus is on developing tools, frameworks, and education that translate institutional grade risk management and systematic discipline into practical, repeatable decision making systems.

The Journey

From Chaos to Clarity

Icchā

Intention

The seed of all creation. Pure will aligned with purpose, before thought takes form.

ज्ञ

Jñāna

Knowledge

Understanding that illuminates. Wisdom refined through experience, probability, and truth.

क्रि

Kriyā

Action

Disciplined execution. Where intention meets knowledge and manifests in the world.

Value is created not through force, but through elevation — raising consciousness to see clearly, raising intelligence to act wisely. When intention, knowledge, and action align, compounding becomes inevitable.
